FIELD: radio engineering, satellite communication systems. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention lies in raised noise immunity, reliability and carrying capacity of multichannel communication systems. With this in mind control over transmission power of ground station is carried out with use of information signal in the capacity of test signal and controlling action is formed depending on quality of operation of corresponding channel. Controlling signal is formed thanks to delay of information signal with the help of delay line and thanks to its modulo two summation with same information signal relayed by satellite station in adder. From output of former controlling signal acts on controlling input of power amplifier of transmitter.
