SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes potato, turnip and onion cutting, blanching, and chopping; carrot blanching and chopping; fresh white cabbage and honey pea cutting, freezing, and chopping; kidney bean boiling up to 150 % mass increasing and; chopping; pork cutting and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete species and pyrolysis wood. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
