FIELD: games.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elements of a construction set, which may be used both in toy construction sets and in brain twisters. An element of a construction set comprises a base, at least on one side of which there is at least one connection unit formed by cantilever plates arranged at the sides of the square, the side length of which equals "a", besides, each connection unit additionally includes cantilever plates with height of "a/2" and length of not more than "a/2", arranged from the tops of the square along cantilever plates, height of which is more than "a/2".
EFFECT: in the proposed invention, functional capabilities of a construction set element are expanded due to increased number of their connection versions.
