FIELD: manual perforating and hole punching tools designed for perforating and fastening together thin-sheet metallic shapes.
SUBSTANCE: cutting through apparatus includes drive unit, power mechanism and actuating mechanism. Actuating mechanism includes bracket having first and second legs, stop and punch. Punch is provided with working end and with stem and it is mounted with possibility of motion towards stop in first leg of bracket at side of power mechanism in front of stop. The last is mounted in second leg of bracket. Power mechanism includes frame whose one side is joined from outside to first leg of bracket; first and second guiding slits formed in frame and inclined one relative to other; first, second and third movable pivots. First movable pivot is arranged in first guiding slit. Third movable pivot is arranged in second guiding slit. Lengthwise slit is formed in frame; said slit is formed at side of stem and it is designed for placing in it rocker arm that is coupled through kinematics links with stem. Third movable pivot is arranged at opposite side of rocker arm. Drive unit includes movable and fixed handles. Movable handle is mounted in lengthwise slit of frame on fixed pivot mounted in frame at forming lever of movable handle. Said lever is joined with rocker arm through second movable pivot. Fixed handle is joined to frame in front of movable handle.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to optimal distribution of effort at process of forming opening, possibility for fastening parts without clamps.
