FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for application of one or several rows of brackets. Surgical suturing instrument comprises handle of drive, which can be moved from one side of suturing instrument on other side without need to change position of suturing instrument on surgical field. Tool includes pusher, body having first and second sides and handle drive. Drive handle is arranged on pusher and can turn between first position whereat handle drive can be moved along first side of housing, and second position whereat handle drive can be moved along second side of housing.
EFFECT: tool may contain one or more drive handles, which are made with possibility of functional engagement and release from engagement with pusher for selective use of drive handles.
