FIELD: spacecraft temperature control systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method is based on evaporation of heat-transfer agent and evacuation of vapor from hydraulic lines. Prior to evaporation, the hydraulic lines are evacuated to pressure not below pressure of heat-transfer agent saturated vapor. Then, lines are filled with fully evaporating component of heat-transfer agent (isooctane, for example) which is mixed with non-drained residue of heat-transfer agent and mixture thus obtained is drained. Thus, non-evaporated additives (heat-transfer agent components) are dissolved in fully evaporating component before removal of non-drainable residue by evaporation.
EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning the hydraulic lines from non-evaporating components of heat-transfer agent.
