FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control systems of, mainly, telecommunication satellites. Proposed method comprises assembling thermal control system fluid circuit at spacecraft. To check tightness of fluid circuit, it is flushed with clean solvent (isooctane) to be drained from said circuit. Residues of solvent liquid phase are removed from liquid circuit by vacuum dehydration. Vacuum is controlled, for example, by reference deformation vacuum gage. Completeness of said removal from liquid circuit is set in compliance with definite terms. These include barometric pressure of ambient air, solvent vapor tension at measured temperature of liquid circuit and empirical factor. Barometric pressure is measured by vacuum gage in liquid circuit at the most distance point.
EFFECT: one-hunred-precent guarantee of complete removal at whatever barometric pressure around thermal control system.
