FIELD: mechanical engineering; testing facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test stands of vertical belt conveyors. Proposed stand contains vertically orientated length of belt to which at least four detachable partitions normally orientated to belt surface and equally spaced relative to each other are fastened with possibility of holding loose material. Outer edges of partitions are described to arc of circumference and are arranged so that they can be enclosed by length of other belt. Plate is arranged from outer side of each belt which is installed on lower support. Vertically orientated guides of plain and cylindrical form are arranged on plate from outer sides of both belts with possibility of fastening of said belts by detachable appliances and displacement relative to guides. Upper ends of belts are suspended from upper fixed support through turnbuckles and dynamometers by means of brackets and articulated appliances. Plain guide is secured on plate for displacement in horizontal plane. Side edges of both guides are interconnected by bolts, and embedded detachable members are arranged between side edges of guides. Plain guide is secured on plate, and cylindrical guide is freely mounted on plate. Invention makes it possible to carry out experimental studies for determining side pressure of loose material at different spacing of partitions on one of belts, provide optimization of said spacing and well-founded choice of parameters of drives for both circuits of vertical belt conveyor.

EFFECT: well-founded choice of parameters of conveyor drives.
