SUBSTANCE: water is treated in rotor cavitation apparatus at 15-70°C for 5-50 cycles and rotor rate of 2000-12000 rpm.
EFFECT: treatment of increased effectiveness; increased content of vitamin C, carotene and sugar in fruits; decreased content of nitrates and heavy metals therein; increased yield of agriculture cultures.
