FIELD: manufacture of building materials, cast concrete mixes in particular; manufacture of monolithic and precast concrete and reinforced concrete articles at enhanced crack resistance parameters; concreting of hard-to-get-at areas; manufacture of panels, foundation blocks, floor slabs, cross-bars, flat roofs.

SUBSTANCE: proposed concrete mix contains Portland cement, crushed stone, sand, bentonite and tempering water and additionally it contains fly ash, superplasticing agent on polycarboxylate ether base at the following ratio of components, mass-%: Portland cement, 12.5-16.5; crushed stone, 39-40; sand, 27-29.3; bentonite, 0.15-0.25; fly ash, 7.5-8.5; superplasticizing agent on polycarboxylate ether base, 0.3-0.35; tempering water, 9.5-10. Method of preparation of proposed concrete mix includes mixing of Portland cement, crushed stone, sand, bentonite and fly ash for 20-30 seconds till homogeneous mix has been obtained, then superplasticizing agent is dissolved in tempering water after which 2/3 of aqueous solution of superplasticizing agent is introduced into dry mix which is being stirred for 30-40 seconds and remaining aqueous solution of superplasticizing agent is introduced into mix thus obtained; mix is again being stirred for 40-60 seconds.

EFFECT: increased flowability of concrete mix without excessive consumption of concrete; reduced water-to-binder ratio; reduced sedimentation disintegration of concrete mix; low labor input; enhanced strength and crack resistance.
