FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and specifically to composition of a concrete mixture for monolithic concreting of hydraulic structures. Concrete mixture includes portland cement CEM I 42.5H, quartz-feldspar sand with Mkr=2.1, granite crushed stone of 10-20 mm fraction, silicic acid sol obtained by hydrolysis of sodium silicofluoride Na2SiF6 without removal of sodium cations Na+, finely dispersed additive – vitreous pearlite with specific surface area of 600 m2/kg, superplasticiser – Polyplast based on polycarboxylates and water, with following ratio of components, wt. %: portland cement – 15.20-17.40, sand – 29.40-30.84, crushed stone – 40.17-44.61, silicic acid sol – 0.17-0.19, finely dispersed vitreous pearlite – 3.00-3.20, superplasticiser Polyplast – 0.90-1.10, water – 6.72-7.1.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality concrete of given density and strength, high crack resistance of monolithic concrete when concreting large structures, reduced heat release during hydration of the binder.
