FIELD: seismic prospecting, applicable at installation of radiators on the ice of ponds.
SUBSTANCE: oscillations according to the "cross" system are excited and recorded with the use of surface radiators. To this end, in the stage of preparation of the area to be subjected to seismic prospecting the points of excitation are determined for which the pond has frozen through up to the bottom, and the points of excitation located on water-ice layer. They are shifted orthogonally to the lines of excitation at distances multiple of the spacing between the points of the earthquake-shock recorders in the points of the water area, for which the pond has frozen through up the bottom. The arrangement of the earthquake-shock recorders is shifted by commutation of the channels at the same distance but to the opposite side of the excitation line.
EFFECT: improved dynamic characteristics and enhanced information content.
