FIELD: electrical engineering; laminated film electrodes for electrolytic capacitors characterized in specific composition and physical structure.
SUBSTANCE: proposed multilayer anode film for electrolytic capacitors has physically activated developed-surface current-conductive substrate and oxide plating with inclusions of porous metal, primarily aluminum. Novelty is that barrier metal plating is made in the form of conformal layer of electrochemically active aluminum that has variable volumetric porosity ranging between micrometers and nanometers and coupled with substrate surface by means of heterojunction in the form of nano-structured composition of substrate material and evaporated barrier metal at diffusion inspired by inert and chemically activated gas ions.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of anode film electrical characteristics due to barrier properties of heterojunction.
