FIELD: radio engineering, possible use in devices for receiving digital information transferred by means of frequency manipulation of signals with continuous phase via communication channels.

SUBSTANCE: device contains serially connected quadrature demodulator and phase detector and serially connected averaging circuit and decoder, while the output of phase detector meant for computing absolute values of signal phase at zero frequency, through an additionally introduced differentiator is connected to input of averaging circuit meant for transformation and averaging of derived phase, another input of which is meant for injecting gating impulses into clock synchronization circuits, while the decoder is made in the form of Viterbi decoder. The invention uses continuous phase property of frequency-manipulated signals - of signal in inter-symbol transitions.

EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of demodulated signal.
