FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring existing climatic factor values, namely, optical irradiance, temperature, air humidity, soil moisture content under conditions of the given agricultural land; establishing dependences of photosynthetic rate of alternative kinds, sorts, plant hybrids upon climatic factors under consideration in climatic chambers equipped with devices for controlling and regulating of climatic factors; determining coefficient of optimization of each factor under consideration for each time interval under consideration as ratio of plant photosynthetic rate at existing value of said factor to photosynthetic rate at optimum value of said factor; comparing values of optimization coefficients for factors under consideration; determining optimization coefficient values of factors under consideration; determining minimum relative value which will limit potential completeness of utilization of exergy into production process in accordance with law of limiting factors; establishing value of potentially utilized exergy for each time interval on the basis of minimum value of optimization coefficient of limiting factor proceeding from full value of exergy obtained for the given time interval; establishing agroecological potentiality and fertility of agricultural land for each alternative kind, sort, plant hybrid on the basis of total value of potentially utilized exergy for time intervals under consideration; on the basis of resultant total values of exergy of agroclimatic potentiality for alternative kinds, sorts, plant hybrids, establishing the potential for which exergy value is of maximum importance with equal or lower energy consumptions.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in utilizing of basic plant growing means such as agricultural lands, genetic potentiality, agricultural process, by taking into account properties of plants as energy absorbers, reduced costs and consumption of power for feed production.
