SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes preparation of Arespole oily disperse in rotor-pulsing apparatus at rate 2900-3100 rpm for 4-6 min at (20±5)°C; ground pharmaceutical agent with particle size of 100 mum or less is introduced and mixture is dispersed at the same rate for 3 min followed by neutralization of obtained disperse with sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at rate of 1500 rpm for 3-4 min.
EFFECT: accelerated method for ointment production; increased bioavailability of pharmaceutical agents.
