Method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition involves preparing a solution of PVA of saturated L-DOPA; obtaining a suspension of L-DOPA in a solution of a copolymer of PLGA 50/50 in dichloromethane; obtaining an emulsion by adding a suspension of L-Dopa in a solution of a copolymer of PLGA 50/50 in dichloromethane to a solution of PVA, saturated with L-DOPA; second emulsification - homogenisation; obtained suspension composition L-DOPA with copolymer PLGA 50/50 is mixed with cryoprotector D-mannitol; olive oil is added to Tween 80; Then, lyophilised polymer particles of L-DOPA are added to the obtained mixture in PLGA 50/50 copolymer and mixed until homogeneous mass is formed under certain conditions.
