FIELD: medicine, cell engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes providing of histocompability antigen-free cells by hybridization of somatic cells of different animal species; cultivation thereof on medium of specific composition. Then cells are seeded with seeding coefficient of 1:3, monolayer is obtained which is held at 37°C. Cells are removed from substrate by Versen solution and 0.25 % trypsin solution in ratio of 9:1. Obtained cells are administered to patient.
EFFECT: method for removing of histoincompability barrier without using immunodepressants and other additional components.
