FIELD: rolled stock production, namely in sheet rolling mills.
SUBSTANCE: system includes hydraulic circuit of counter-bending rolling rolls of rolling mill stand. Said circuit includes hydraulic cylinders for counter-bending whose working cavities are hydraulically communicated with pressure regulator of counter-bending loop having pressure feedback pickup; unit for forming control signals whose output is connected to pressure regulator and whose inlets are connected to pressure pickup; pump station whose output is connected to counter-bending loop of rolling rolls. System also includes additional hydraulic loop for counter-bending rolling rolls arranged in main line between pump station and main hydraulic loop for counter-bending rolling rolls. Additional hydraulic loop is in the form of two mutually connected in parallel through pipelines standby pressure regulators. Each standby pressure regulator is connected with hydraulic distributor of additional loop. Main hydraulic loop for counter-bending rolling roll is provided with hydraulic distributor communicated with respective pressure regulator, working cavities of hydraulic cylinders for counter-bending and with additional hydraulic loop for counter-bending of rolling rolls.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of system, improved accuracy of strip profile controlling.
