FIELD: rolled stock production, namely sheet rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: system includes pump unit whose outlet is joined with two main hydraulic circuits for counterbending rolling rolls of rolling mill stand respectively for each group of hydraulic counterbending cylinders. Each main hydraulic counterbending circuit is in the form of pressure governor joined with electrohydraulic distributor connected with working cavities of hydraulic cylinders. In main hydraulic pipeline passing from pump unit additional hydraulic circuits are arranged, each additional hydraulic circuit is parallel to each main hydraulic counterbending circuit. Additional hydraulic circuit is in the form of standby pressure governor joined with electrohydraulic distributor hydraulically connected with working cavities of hydraulic cylinders. In hydraulic line at inlet of working cavities of each group of hydraulic cylinders at right and left sides there are pickups detecting feedback pressure values. System includes unit for forming control signals. Output of said unit is joined with control inlet of each pressure governor, with each control inlet of each standby pressure governor and with electrohydraulic distributors.
