FIELD: rubber industry; methods of production of the industrial rubber products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the industrial rubber products, in particular, to the method of production of the combined rubber-fluoroplastic sealings for manufacture of the sealing cups of the various pattern. The technical result of the stated method is the increased efficiency of the process of production of the combined sealing, the decreased material consumption of the fluoropolymeric component of the product and provision of the possibility to use the general purpose rubbers for the vulcanized core. The technical result is attained by realization of the method of production of the rubber-fluoroplastic combined sealing including the core lining made out of the vulcanized rubber by the thermoplastic fluoropolymer using the smelting of the latter in the thermal treatment process with the subsequent cooling in the press-mold. At that the fluoropolymer is used in the form of the extruded profile cut off longwise and cut up on one side in the longitudinal cross-section. Then the core made out of the vulcanized rubber is laid inside it, and the work-piece is placed in the heated press-mold, which temperature is by 30-40°С above the melting point of fluoropolymer and kept for within 0.3-0.6 minutes without the excessive pressure. Cooling and the final molding of the product is conducted between the cold plates at the pressure of 30-40 kgf/cm2 within 4-6 minutes.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased efficiency of the process of production of the combined sealing, the decreased material consumption of the fluoropolymeric component of the product and provision of the possibility to use the general purpose rubbers for the vulcanized core.
