FIELD: railway-transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed railway traction vehicle contains two-axle bogies with traction electric motors and reduction gears secured in two or three points on frame of bogies and on traction vehicle frame by means of articulated or pendulum-type suspensions. Cross beams of bogies are furnished with tie-rods hinge-connecting frames of bogies and traction vehicle frame which is provided with side brackets connected with brackets of axle boxes connected, in their turn, with frames of bogies.

EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions of bogies and railway traction vehicle provision of maximum tractive forces, reduced dynamic loads of traction electric motors and bogie frames, simplified design of bogie frames, mechanisms transmitting tractive forces, and radial setting of wheelset axles, increased level of their standardization, reduced wear of wheel tires.
