FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of automobile bodies and carrying systems of different types. Proposed body contains central passenger and luggage compartment, front power unit compartment and connecting forming units. Central compartment contains carrying base with standardized fasteners consisting of cross shield units with members of front, central and rear floor whose connecting parts are made of step-and-tooth shape, and units of right-hand and left-hand rear sides made integral with rear wheel mudguards and unit of upper spatial skeleton. Front compartment of power unit consists of carrying sidemembers with front end face member. All units contain integral panels, reinforcement members and fixing projections, guide holes, and connecting members unified for automobile bodies of several modifications. Order of assembling is as follows. Firstly carrying base is assembled at which units of central and rear floor are connected in turn to base unit - cross shield with front floor member. Then units of right-hand and left-hand sides are fastened and units of upper spatial skeleton and front compartment of power unit. Preliminary connection is done by driving fixing projections into guide holes of adjacent units with application of glue to all mating surfaces. Final connection is carried out by fastening connecting and end face members of longitudinal reinforcement member by glue-and-method. Then, forming movable and fixed mounted units are installed on assembled base carrying system of body and final connection of said units is provided, respectively, by detachable and nondetachable methods.
EFFECT: reduced number of parts, subassemblies, reduced mass of body and improved quality of assembling of automobile.
