FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to vehicles. Proposed method consists in that body module and engine compartment module are produced and assembled separately. Said modules are jointed together using special jointing assemblies. Modules are jointed together along line of coupling of front frame rails of engine compartment module with body module front board. Front frame rails of engine compartment module are coupled with body module mating rail. Hood panel is mounted on engine compartment module together with front fenders and bumper to be coated with varnish of relevant colour. Body module comprises body carcass. Said carcass comprises bottom base with elements of floor, side panels, roof with wind screen frame, doors with electric equipment and glasing and boot lid, cabin lining, seats, passenger and driver safety elements, wear axle with suspension, braking system and steering system. Module front board is equipped with base seats of joints fasteners. Engine compartment module comprises rail frame, power plant with transmission, engine compartment assembly units and parts, front axle with suspension, electric equipment with terminals, braking system and fuel system. Engine compartment rail frame represents section structure coated with neutral colour varnish. Frame comprises front rails with base seats for power plant, front fender mudguards with front suspension shock absorber posts. Mudguards are jointed by front rail with front frame and rear load bearing plate. Said plate is equipped with base seats of joints fasteners.
