FIELD: pipeline valves and fittings.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for shutting off and control of medium flow. Proposed regulating valve contains housing and inlet and outlet branch pipes and shutoff unit of cage design installed inside. Cage shutoff unit consists of sleeve and plunger. Supporting sealing surface of seat and radial holes are made o inner side of sleeve. Plunger is installed for axial displacement inside sleeve. Plunger is secured on rod and is connected with drive. Plunger is made in form of hollow cylinder with identical end face surface corresponding to mating sealing surface of seat. Plunger is installed on rod by nut and bushings with end face beads. Longitudinal channels are made in bushings. Said channels connect space of inlet branch pipe with space over plunger. Said bushing are arranged in side plunger opposite to each other, being installed with end face clearance. Volume of space formed by end faces of bushings with bead and inner space of hollow cylinder is not less than volume of longitudinal channel of lower bushing with bead. Upper bushing with end face bead rests by its bead on end face surface of hollow cylinder. Lower bushing rests of ring projection. Ring projection is made inside hollow cylinder and is arranged in its central part. Length of hollow cylinder is equal to one stroke of shutoff member, minimum. Sleeve is provided with at least two rows of radial holes.
EFFECT: enlarged range of regulation of transported medium, increased service life of shutoff member.
