SUBSTANCE: control valve includes a body with supply and discharge branch pipes and a shutoff unit installed inside it, which consists of two coaxial hollow cylinders with their walls being fitted by mainly radial holes, and the inner and outer surfaces - by a bearing sealing surface of the seat. Flow rate is controlled due to the displacement of cylinders in respect to each other with the help of a hydraulic fluid supplied to the actuator.
