SUBSTANCE: gyroscope comprises housing (1) that receives the gyroscopic motor having stator (2) with coils and rotor (3) mounted on spherical ball bearing (4) provided with a ring space with arc-shaped coils (8) of the moment pickups rigidly connected with housing (1). Rotor (3) is provided with ring magnetic circuit (6) of U-shaped cross-section and permanent magnets (7) of the moment pickups arranged in front of the top part of coils (8). According to the second version, rotor (3) has two ring magnetic circuits and two rows of permanent magnets of moment pickups. One row lies in front of the top part of coils (8), and the other row is in front of the bottom part of coils (8).
