FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: gyroscope consists of housing 1, gyro motor including stator 2 with coils and rotor 3 on spherical ball bearing support 4, angle sensors and torque sensors. In rotor 3 of gyroscope there made is annular cavity in which there is annular magnetic conductor 6 and annular double-pole constant magnet 7. Fixed coils of stator 2 are rigidly fixed on gyroscope housing and located in annular cavity of rotor so that working parts of winding of coils are arranged opposite annular magnetic conductor 6 and annular double-pole constant magnet 7 of rotor 3. Operation of gyro motor is based on principle of action of two-phase brushless DC motor.
EFFECT: invention allows considerable reduction of overall dimensions and working hours of manufacture, at maintaining accuracy parameters of gimballess gyroscopes on spherical ball bearing support.
