FIELD: power-plant engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises two tunable active pass-band filters, coincidence circuit whose output is connected with the indicator through the matching amplifier, signal generator, first and second amplitude detectors, threshold circuit, and comparator. The information input of the first tunable active pass-band filter is connected with the information input of the second tunable active pass-filter and represents the first input of the device. The second output of the filter is connected with the control input of the first tunable active pass-band filter whose output is connected with the information input of the threshold circuit through the first amplitude detector. The output of the threshold circuit is connected with one of the inputs of the coincidence circuit. The second output of the signal generator is connected with the control input of the second tunable active pass-band filter whose output is connected to the other input of the coincidence circuit through the second amplitude detector and comparator connected in series. The third output of the signal generator is connected with the control input of the threshold circuit. The second input of the comparator is connected with the source of reference voltage, and the output of the device is connected with the output of the matching amplifier.
