FIELD: applicable in stabilization, guidance and navigation systems. SUBSTANCE: the device operates in self- sustained oscillation condition, and the measured acceleration is proportional to the numerical code and does not depend on the device dynamic properties. The device has a sensing element, angle-data transmitter, amplifier and a torque generator connected to a feedback circuit. It uses series-connected first emitter follower, synchronous JK-flip-flop, precision relay element, whose output is connected to the input of the torque generator. The amplifier output is connected to the input of the synchronous JK-flip-flop via an inverter and second emitter follower. The torque generator is connected to the output of the precision relay element via a ripple filter. Connected to the output of the asynchronous RS-flip-flop are two coincidence circuits, first reversible binary counter, product register, information - to true representation converter, first binary multiplier, second reversible binary counter. The has also a crystal oscillator, device for distribution of sync pulses, two single-shot synchronous generators, phase-shift circuit, synchronous generators, phase-shift circuit, comparator, pulse-length shaper.
