FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device has optical and haptic parts. The former has Z-shape open loops having three curved parts and harp-tipped fixing members. The fixing members axes are arranged at an angle to each other relative to intraocular lens center and in perpendicular to anterior chamber angle in fixation point.
EFFECT: improved intraocular lens position stability; reduced mechanical pressure upon reactive structures.
