FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. If lens subluxation 1 or 2, a soft posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) is implanted through the tunnel incision. Suture fixation of IOL is performed in one haptic element to iris by means of needle with suture material through tunnel incision in projection of one haptic element IOL, without piercing capsular sac. Lens subluxation involves four corneal incisions: pairwise, mutually perpendicular – a tunnel and paracentesis diametrical to it and two diametrically located paracenteses in the projection of haptic elements IOL, at the point of their transition into the optical part. Suture fixation of IOL is performed on both sides. IOL haptic elements are fixed to iris by means of two needles with suture material through tunnel incision or second paracentesis specially formed in projection of both haptic elements IOL.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables minimizing the surgical trauma of the iris, preserving its mobility and maximally preserving the architecture of the corneal incisions, providing their seamless sealing, as well as preventing inflammatory complications.
