FIELD: machine engineering, possibly contact molding of envelope articles of laminate polymeric composition materials such as organic plastics.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying onto reference part release layer and successive layers of composition material for forming parting surface and placing closing and fixing members; placing plate onto front surface of reference part and onto working surface of base just close to them; then coinciding working plane of said plate with symmetry plane of reference part; placing each next layer of glass plastics of form half equidistantly relative to front surface of reference part, working plane of base and working plane of plate; removing said plate after polymerization of form half; applying onto prepared plane of form half release layer and similarly molding and polymerizing second form half symmetrical to first one while binding both form halves along their ridge by means of material of second form half; forming openings for placing closing and fixing members after fastening flanges of form halves with base; finally dismounting structure after trimming allowance on ridge till zone of guaranteed absence of binding glass plastics in parting plane.

EFFECT: development of process for molding form that features improved operational reliability, increased useful life period and enhanced quality.
