FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring facilities and it can be used to check resistance of supports of contact system of electrified railways on sections with dc or ac haul. Proposed device contains supply unit, additional current source, normalizing amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, current shunt, current relay, control unit, indicator unit, high-voltage pulse source which is charged to potential whose value is higher than induced potential and is discharged to load through electronic switch. Signal gets into control unit which determines time taken for reduction of initial potential to preset value exceeding induced potential. Said time is converted in control unit into support resistance value and is displaced on indicator unit.
EFFECT: prevention of influence of induced potential on results of measurement and provision of adequate checking of support resistance.
