FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrification facility of the railways consisting of the high-voltage lines with isolated line-to-ground fault working at the exposure to strong electromagnetic field of the overhead contact system of alternating current. Device is intended for automatic monitoring of the line isolation relative to the ground and of the place identification (dumb) by the low intermediate resistance, line-to-ground fault of the phase within the lines with isolated midpoint conductor, by longitudinal power supply line with the isolated midpoint conductor and supplying transformer which is used as a zero string filter. Device has controlled source of noise compensation from the overhead contact system, automatic circuit breaker switching off the compensation voltage from the source when the phase is line-to-ground faulted. The moment of the line-to-ground fault of the phase is supported by the peak amperemetre, storage device, device for the coordination of the signal from the storage device and the telemechanics system, and functional corrector transferring the signal into the value of the distance from the substation to the place of the line-to-ground fault with the lead wire to the information metre.
EFFECT: invention provides for automatic monitoring of the isolation disorder and of the elimination of the emergency operation of the high-voltage line.
