FIELD: chemical industry; methods and installations for purification of the washing waters of the galvanic productions.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to purification of the industrial waste waters, in particular, to purification of the washing waters of the galvanic productions. For realization of the method conduct filtration in no less than one pair of the sequentially connected both in each pair and between the pairs of the sorption columns by feeding of the washing water from below of one of the sorption columns and the serial passing, at least, through two of them, in each of which the washing water is passing sequentially through the return flush screen, the mechanical filter, the sorption filter, the ion-exchange filter, again through the mechanical filter and the return flush screen at the volumetric ratio of the layers (0.025-0.05):(0.025-0.05):(005-0.1):(0.7-0.85):(0.025-0/05):(0.025-0.05). In the capacity of the return flush screen use the needle-punched thermoclamped sorbent, as the mechanical filter - the hollow siliconized filament, as the sorption filter - the graphitized sorbent "СГН 30А, as the ion-exchange filter - the cationite "КУ-2-8". Recuperation of the filters is exercised by 2М inorganic acids passing top-down. The installation contains of no less than one pair of the sorption columns connected sequentially in each pair and between the pairs by means of the pipelines and the shutting valves, with the filters layers sequentially disposed in the direction of the water stream. Inside each sorption column in its upper and lower part there are the mounted scatterers. The installation is supplied with the tank for the desorbing solution and with the pump. The invention allows to increase the degree and the speed of purification of the washing waters of the galvanic productions, to increase the service life of the installation.
