FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for detection and direction finding of multiplicity of transmitters with high precision, which transmitters find their place into reception band simultaneously. Additional information, taken out of frequency and spatial areas from one realization of received signals due to substitution of period-program algorithm of reception of signal of discrete frequency presentation by algorithm of weight averaging of multiplicity of signals differencing in statistical independence. Method can also be used for detection and direction finding of wide class of radiation objects, radiating signals of higher complexity.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of detection and direction finding.
