FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has two radio receivers with a common local oscillator which is a linear frequency modulation generator, a GPS receiver with an antenna, a time synchronisation unit, a splitter, an antenna switch, a reference generator, a first radio receiving device (RRD1) and a second radio receiving device (RRD2). The second input of the linear frequency modulation generator is connected to the first output of the time synchronisation unit. The first input of a double-channel ADC is connected to the output of RRD1. The second input of the ADC is connected to the output of RRD2. The third input of the ADC is connected to the second output of the time synchronisation unit. The output of the double-channel ADC is connected to the input of a multithreaded computer designed for determining amplitude-frequency response, "ДЧХ", "УЧХ" of the ionospheric radio channel from tilt sounding data, the first output of which is connected to the third input of the linear frequency modulation generator. The second output of the multithreaded computer is connected to the N+1 th input of the antenna switch and the third output of the multithreaded computer is connected to the second input of the time synchronisation unit.
