FIELD: electric engineering, possible use in structures of rotors, operation conditions of which require protection of constant magnets from damaging influence of chemically aggressive environments, primarily in immersed electric motors in devices for hydro-protection of immersed electric motors with magnetic sleeves, where rotor has comparatively larger width due to diameter limitations.
SUBSTANCE: Rotor contains constant magnets of rare-earth metals, glued to the yoke. Constant magnets are enveloped by thin-walled cylindrical clip, centered on end disks. The hollow limited by clip and centering disks is filled with compound. The rotor is sealed by thin-walled profiled lids placed on its ends, where lids are connected, by welding for example, along internal diameter to special protrusions of the yoke, and along external diameter - to the clip. Lids have developed profiled surface, for example, corrugated, ensuring change of clip length for compensation of thermal loads.
EFFECT: operation reliability of rotor is increased due to usage of sealing lids as compensators of temperature strains in the clip.
