FIELD: communication systems, possible use for retransmission of radio and television signals.
SUBSTANCE: UHF communication device comprises directional receiving and directional transmitting antennas with UHF-blocks, comprising irradiators, with blocks of azimuth and elevation axes, blocks for targeting receiving and transmitting antennas, transformer of UHF signal and amplifier-converter positioned in UHF-block of receiving antenna, and also a computing device. Inputs of targeting blocks are connected, respectively, to first and second outputs of computing device, and input of amplifier-converter is connected to irradiator of receiving antenna through the UHF signal transformer. Output of amplifier-converter is connected to input of coupler, first output of which through flexible UHF cable is connected to emitter of transmitting antenna, and second output of coupler is connected to second input of targeting block of receiving antenna, while amplifier-converter is made with possible generation of output signal with frequency, matching the frequency of signal received at client station. Computing device is provided with an additional program for targeting the transmitting antenna, ensuring possible control over duration of signals received at motors responsible for turning azimuth and elevation axes. Transmitting antenna targeting block contains a generator of signals, input of which acts as input of targeting block, and output of signal generator through first and second keys is connected to inputs of first and second power amplifiers, outputs of which are, respectively, the first - azimuth - output and the second - elevation - output of the transmitting antenna targeting block.
EFFECT: simplified design of UHF communication dev, simplified operation of the device, reduced weight and dimensions of the device, simplified design of the structure used for housing the UHF communication device.
