FIELD: food processing industry, in particular production of biologically active food additives.
SUBSTANCE: phospholipid biologically active food additive having antitoxic properties represents phospholipid product. Said product is obtained by hydration of non-refined high oleic sunflower oil with aqueous solution of monosubstituted sodium citrate with concentration of 1.0-4.0 % pretreated in alternating magnetic field with flux density of 0.1-0.4 Tl at 30-50°C. Further phospholipid emulsion is separated from hydrated oil, and dried to produce target product. Phospholipid biologically active food additive has antitoxic properties due to maximal conservation of native physiologically functional ingredients such as phospholipids including phosphatidyl cholines, phosphatidyl ethanolamines, phosphatidyl serines, and phosphatidyl inozitoles, as well as tocopheroles and beta-carotene.
EFFECT: biologically active food additive of improved quality.
