FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: endoscope can be used for instrumental inspection of human body. Flexible endoscope has flexible proximal and working parts connected with handle of endoscope. Observation and control tools are disposed in handle of endoscope. Handle is connected with external light source, air and water source through proximal part, and with object of inspection through working part. Working part has lightning transmission channel, image transmission channel, mechanism for controlling operation of working end of distal part, water/air feeding channel, aspiration-instrumental channel and flexible frame, which is covered from outside with elastic air-proof permanent envelope having transparent working edge. Endoscope additionally is provided with elastic removable envelope. Optically transparent corner is made at end of removable envelope. Deepening is made onto external side of side surface of mentioned frame along its longitudinal axis. Wall of removable elastic envelope has protrusion directed inside; protrusion is disposed along longitudinal axis of wall. Air/water feeding channel and aspiration-instrumental channels are disposed inside protrusion; mentioned channels form working channels unit. Lightning transmission channel, image transmission channel, mechanism for controlling operation of distal end of working part are disposed inside mentioned flexible frame. Elastic removable envelope is disposed onto flexible frame on top of elastic air-proof permanent envelope in such a manner that protrusion enters inside deepening onto side surface of flexible frame, and optically transparent part of edge of removable envelope is disposed in correspondence with transparent working edge of permanent envelope. At least one channel, being a part of working channels unit, is connected with mentioned handle of endoscope through joint.
EFFECT: widened range of technical means; shortened time for preparation of endoscope to operation; prolonged service life of endoscope.
