FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical devices. The given device contains flexible proximal and working sections interconnected by a rigid component. There is a cross connector executed within junction of flexible proximal section and rigid component. A wall of the working section is longitudinally recessed. The working section cavity comprises light guide beams of light medium and image path, fixed in a pressure cap at the endoscope face, four bent site control cables spaced carried in two orthogonally related planes, an air/water supply duct and a tool aspirating channel together forming working channel unit and mounted in the recess of the working section. The working part is enclosed with a removable, elastic pressure envelope with optically transparent segment at its face. The removable elastic envelope comprises a demountable element made of two or more parts.
EFFECT: there are eliminated infection transmission risk in examination and increased number of endoscopic examinations.
