SUBSTANCE: device comprises flexible frame, channel of lighting transfer, channel of air/water supply, aspiration channel. At the same time there is a cap installed at distal end of endoscope, equipped with at least one chute with tubular channel installed in it, so that it is possible to install a tool in it. Size of chute slot makes 0.65-0.75 of chute diametre, external diametre of tubular channel makes 0.95-0.98 of internal diametre of chute.
EFFECT: application of device will make it possible to expand functional capabilities of endoscope.
