SUBSTANCE: device has head part with energy supply combining typical oscillating or main unit carrying bristle tufts and performing rotational oscillations, and auxiliary unit having bristle tufts. The latter performs rotational oscillations or linear oscillations back and forth in the same direction as tooth-brush handle does. The auxiliary unit is optionally a pair of plates placed alongside each other mounted on the head part close to round oscillating unit. The auxiliary unit practically is also manufactured as a set of bristle row groups movable back and forth in perpendicular to the handle. The auxiliary unit is attached to the main one via driving transfer connection.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in cleaning teeth.
