SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes three versions of a toothbrush and relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to the field of oral hygiene. The group of inventions may be used to clean teeth and to massage gums. In the first version the toothbrush comprises a lengthy body, including a handle, a head and a narrower part passing between the head and the handle. The head includes face and rear sides. The toothbrush additionally comprises a massage plate fixed to the rear side of the head, and also multiple bristles protruding from the face part of the head. The lengthy body also comprises a driving mechanism. The massage plate is arranged with the possibility of vibration when impacted by the driving mechanism. In the second version of the toothbrush the massage plate is arranged with the possibility of movement when impacted by the driving mechanism. In the third version of the toothbrush the face side of the head comprises multiple cleaning elements, and the back side of the head includes an elastomer surface. The elastomer surface comprises at least one bulge and many combs, and specified multiple cleaning elements comprise elastomer elements.
