FIELD: transport engineering, in particular, special medical cars.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has stand for litter, guiding beams, hole in rear wall of medical module, and support which may be dropped from outside in zone adjoining hole. Stand may be of extension-type and comprises litter rest and carriage with wheels on end cross-piece. Litter rest and carriage are pivotally connected with one another. Hole and rear ends of guiding beams are equipped with roller supports positioned so as cooperate with litter rest upon rolling-out or rolling-in of stand which may be bent in extended position. Bending of stand is enabled by rotation of pivotal joint on roller supports positioned in hole and by lowering of litter rest onto support dropped from outside and rolling of carriage wheels over guiding beams up to stops provided at rear ends of guiding beams. Apparatus of such construction allows disadvantages of prior art equipment to be eliminated, in particular, complicated movement of litter over guiding beams and increased sizes.

EFFECT: simplified construction, easy rolling of litter over guiding beams, and minimized sizes of apparatus.
