FIELD: biology, medicines.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes erythrocyte isolation from blood and hemolysis thereof, wherein lanthanum chloride is added to hemolyzate for deposition up to finished concentration of 0.8-1.2 mM and centrifugation at 1000 g for 5 min. Then supernatant is removed, and precipitate is washed with buffer solution in presence of lanthanum, and after supernatant removing 1 mM of EDTA is added. Method of present invention makes it possible to accelerate method for production of erythrocyte membranes by 10 times.
EFFECT: accelerated and simplified method.
