SUBSTANCE: before the onset of anesthesia and in the course of epidural anesthesia it is additionally necessary to estimate pulsation amplitude of wrist's microvessels. On achieving the value of pulsation amplitude being approximately equal or above the mentioned amplitude before the onset of anesthesia it is necessary to carry out repeated injection of local anesthetic. The declared innovation enables to increase the quality of anesthesia during anesthesiological technique and decrease the risk of side toxic effects associated with overloading of local anesthetic in case of groundless frequent application.
