SUBSTANCE: method involves setting epidural catheter for introducing local anesthetic. The local anesthetic is also introduced into subarachnoid space during operation in one stage mode.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preoperative anesthesia; reduced latent period from the beginning of the anesthesia to the beginning of operation; improved quality and safety anesthetic support; reduced risk of acute cardiac and cerebral insufficiency, myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke in early postoperative period.
